What's the difference between Thai and Swedish massage?
Thai massage uses assisted stretching and rhythmic pressure along the body's energy lines. Swedish uses long, flowing strokes and is gentler. Our Combination Massage blends both, and our Thai + Deep Tissue adds firmer, targeted pressure.
Which massage should I book for my first visit?
Our Combination Massage is a comfortable starting point. If you have specific tight spots or like firm pressure, choose Thai + Deep Tissue. Most clients book 60 or 90 minutes.
Do you offer prenatal massage?
Yes. Prenatal massage is available in 60 and 90 minute sessions, with positioning and techniques designed for expectant mothers.
